Our Managing Partners
Janis Hollins| Managing Partner
Raised in Wisconsin by two entrepreneurs, Janis saw the fruits of being in command of one's present and future. After graduating from Beloit College with a BA in Sociology, Janis balanced W-2s with 1099s until the Great Recession of 2010, when she lost her job like many people. That is when she knew she had to go into real estate so no company could ever shake her foundation and have control of her present and her future. Janis initially went into real estate with the assistance of a Rich Dad Poor Dad real estate coach in 2010, started No Limits Real Estate, bought 5 SFH in the first year, and turned her home into an asset.
In less than a decade Janis went from being unemployed to having nearly a million dollar net worth, yet realized her system was not scalable.
In 2021 she did a 1031 exchange into a small MF property. During 2022 she became an LP on her first syndication for a $21.7M San Diego property. In 2024 Janis relocated to Southern Florida and after just 4 months began her next level of real estate investing when she hired a coach and joined the networking community of MultiFamily Mindset.
Equipped now with an MBA and nearly 15 years of hands-on real estate experience, Janis has once again jumped in with both feet and continues to add value to those around her in her new company, No Limits Real Estate Capital.
